Terms of Use

Omnivision Monitoring Ltd · Partnership Programme website · Version 1.0, effective 17 October 2026

1. About us and these terms

This website, omnivisionpartners.co.uk, is operated by Omnivision Monitoring Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 15061979. Our registered office is Alum House, 5 Alum Chine Road, Westbourne, Bournemouth BH4 8DT. Our ICO registration reference is ZB628627. You can contact us at info@omnivisionmonitoring.co.uk, on 0345 646 2392, or at our registered office.

These terms govern your use of the Omnivision Partnership Programme website, including its pages, cost calculator, assistant, enquiry and booking forms. By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

2. Who the website is for

The website is intended for business users, such as security installers, monitoring businesses and other security companies aged 18 or over, who are considering a partnership with us. When you submit an enquiry or booking for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that the business and contact information you give is accurate.

3. Partnership services and agreements

Information on this website is a general introduction to the Partnership Programme. It is not an offer capable of acceptance. Submitting an enquiry, requesting a call or booking a meeting does not create a partnership, activate monitoring for any site or commit either party to a service.

Partner monitoring desks, monitoring and response services, prices, payment, service levels, cancellation and data processing are governed only by the proposal, order and written service agreement agreed for that service. If there is a conflict concerning a paid service, its agreed service terms take priority over these website terms. The website is not an emergency reporting channel. Use the agreed operational contact procedure for urgent monitoring matters.

4. Cost estimates, savings and case studies

The cost to employ calculator, savings figures, the case study and FAQ answers are illustrations based on stated assumptions, such as National Minimum Wage rates, cover patterns and on-costs. They are estimates only, are not a quotation, and actual costs and savings depend on your current staffing, cover, systems and required scope. Please confirm any figure you intend to rely on with us in writing.

5. Enquiries, bookings and the assistant

Only submit information you are entitled to provide, and do not submit customer site details, alarm codes, credentials or other sensitive operational information through website forms or the assistant. Assistant answers are generated from our published question library for general guidance and may not cover your circumstances; they do not form part of any agreement.

6. Acceptable use

Use the website lawfully. Do not upload malicious code, send spam, submit unlawful or misleading material, infringe privacy or intellectual property rights, probe security without permission, attempt to access restricted areas, bypass access controls, or disrupt the website. Do not scrape or copy website content in bulk without our written agreement.

7. Website content and intellectual property

We or our licensors own the website’s design, software, branding, videos and published content. You may view, download and print material for your own lawful business use when evaluating our services, keeping ownership notices. Obtain our permission before republishing, reselling or using it for another purpose.

General website information may change and is not a site-specific assurance or service commitment. Third-party links and services, such as meeting booking pages, are provided for convenience; the third party is responsible for its own website and terms.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the website available, but maintenance, faults and events outside our control may interrupt access. We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect security, prevent misuse or comply with law.

9. Responsibility and liability

Nothing in these terms restricts liability that the law does not permit us to restrict, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your mandatory statutory rights remain available.

Subject to that protection, we are responsible for loss caused by our breach of these terms that was reasonably foreseeable when you used the website. For business use, we do not accept liability under these website terms for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made in reliance on estimates or general information on the website without our written confirmation. Responsibility for the delivery of monitoring or other paid services is determined by the relevant service agreement.

10. Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, including enquiries, optional analytics and assistant questions, and your right to object. Using the website or accepting these terms does not subscribe you to marketing or give consent to optional analytics.

11. Changes, disputes and general provisions

We may update these terms for changes to the website, services or law. The version and effective date appear above. Changes do not retrospectively alter agreed service contracts.

Contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. If you have mandatory consumer rights, including a right to use the courts where you live, these terms preserve them.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in exercising a right does not waive it. These terms do not give enforcement rights to third parties.
